      For rented property what is the minimum lease period we require to install?

      3 years to 30 years

      We will install solar PV on a building with as low as three years remaining on the lease if the building meets certain criteria.

      We will enter into an airspace lease with the owner and provide a power purchase agreement with the tenant from three years.
