For non-rapid charging, electric vehicles available in the UK will either have the Type 1 inlet socket or the Type 2 inlet socket (below) which is now most commonly used and the European Standard. Luckily your EV will be supplied with a cable that has the plug it requires.
Type 2 connector is suitable for slow, fast and rapid charging.
