A 50,000sq ft building can support up to 1MWp of solar. This will produce between 781,000kWh in the North of England and 990,000kWh in parts of the South. If we sell this power at 10p/kWh to the tenant the system will realise income of between £78,100 and £99,000 per annum in Year 1 before O&M costs.
